Bais Yaakov 77th Annual Dinner Journal

Dear Friends, Thank you very much for joining us this evening. This year’s honorees, Mr. and Moishe and Tsippy Boehm and Mr. and Mrs. Mickey and Faige Katz, represent Bais Yaakov in such a wonderful way. Their commitment to our school and to the community, are a stalwart example for others to follow. With much gratitude, we wish them and their wonderful families continued mazel, nachas and gezunt to continue their avodas hakodesh. Providing the Avodas Hakodesh award to Rabbi and Mrs. Reuven and Miriam Savitz is a special honor for the school. It is hard to imagine what operating the school was like in the mid 60’s. From my first-hand experience, I can tell you with certainty that our success today is based on the foundational building blocks established during those important years. We thank Rabbi and Mrs. Savitz for delivering to us an organization that became the world class institution which so many others strive to emulate. I thank the lay leadership who provide so much to the school, both monetarily and with their expert advice and guidance. It would be impossible to operate this institution without their commitment and support. Finally, I recognize the entire staff of educational administrators, teachers, and certainly the office staff that I work with on a daily basis, in the important work that we do on behalf of our beloved Bais Yaakov.
